Purpose:
Our client, a well recognized and reputable insurance company, is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, reliable, and flexible customer service representative.

On a day to day basis, this individual will field inbound calls, assisting customers with questions in regards to their insurance, involving questions about lost cards, bill/payments, their coverage, etc, managing and monitoring telephone activity, ensuring telephone calls are accurately responded to with professional customer service skills.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, be enthusiastic, reliable, have strong communications skills and the ability to work well under pressure, be PC literate and have Internet knowledge, and have the ability to multi-task. This individual should have at least 1 year of experience working within an inbound call center.

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check.
