Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
Our client, a leading technology company in Sterling, is looking for a customer service representative. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with any questions or problems regarding the HR department.
On a day to day basis, this person will handle telephone and e-mail inquiries covering a full range of customer services in a prompt and professional manner. This person will also be responsible for representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

-Must have in depth knowledge of Windows or MAC
-Must be proficient with the Internet and E-mail
-Must be punctual and reliable
-Must have good interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Must have good written and oral communication
-Must have a flexible schedule (the shifts are 10-7 and 11-8)

This position is 6 months contract to hire and will go permanent if the candidate does a great job. Salary starts at 12/hr. The position is located in Sterling, VA.
