Utilize your passion for jewelry repair and engraving to extend gracious after-sales service in a high volume, San Francisco location.

Create the Tiffany experience and provide excellence in customer service as our Customer Service Representative in our San Francisco location. You will support and exemplify the company's standard of offering excellent after sales service by utilizing strategic selling tools, product knowledge and proactive follow up for building customer relationships. Use your technical skills to perform polishing, engraving and repairs. Ensure that customer expectations are met by entering the orders, monitoring their completion and completing services in a timely manner while successfully meeting the company's quality standards. Work to develop and build ongoing customer relationships and ensure a continued level of excellence within customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in jewelry repair, jewelry sales or a related customer service environment is required. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook and 2 years of previous work experience is a must. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate dependability, confidence and pay thorough attention to details.
