Customer Service Representative
You'll be the main point of contact for cardholders around the country who have questions or need help with their accounts. You will also cross-sell other services and product lines that match consumers' additional needs. It takes some customer service experience, the ability to cross-sell, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
