Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona (MICA), Arizona's leading medical malpractice insurer for over 30 years and rated "Excellent" by A. M. Best, is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position in the Underwriting Department of our Phoenix office. The primary role is to respond to phone inquiries from customers (both direct and brokers) in a courteous, professional and efficient manner. The CSR will answer questions from customers concerning their coverage and coverage needs. We are seeking candidates with the following requirements:


Two to three years insur-
ance knowledge required; medical professional liability or commercial liability preferred
Minimum two years of ex-
cellent phone customer service required
Computer knowledge/
skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet and data-tracking abilities
Excellent oral and written
communication skills
Minimum high school diplo-
ma; higher education work or degree preferred
Enthusiasm, problem-
solving ability, and attention to detail a must
