Job Description


Reporting directly to the Lead Customer Service Representative, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing prompt professional customer service to domestic, international, and internal customers. The C/S Rep is responsible for timely and accurate preperation, processing, and confirmation of international and domestic orders samples and quotes The incumbent will work closely with Planning and Shipping/Receiving Departments to ensure the customer orders are filled appropriately.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Primary operator of internal order entry systems

Assisting customers with needs such as, setting up new accounts, notify customers of order changes, generate credit memos, comply with ISO 9001 standards.

International support for all Cambrex Locations.

Interact with credit department for all customer related financial matters.

Provide assistance as needed for sales support regarding order changes, product issues/complaints, assist sales and marketing as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 - 5 years of Customer Service Skills

Data Entry/Computer Skills. Ability to learn new software and product knowledge quickly

Great personality, Attention to detail, Able to work independently and as a team member

Microsoft Office, able to learn new software

Phone experience necessary
