We are looking for customer service representatives on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Covington, Kentucky.



Summary

Through extensive telephone interaction, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the main focal point for all service-related inbound calls pertaining to company-sponsored retirement plans. Therefore, the CSR must constantly strive to provide customers with the highest quality of customer service as well as process multiple transactions. This will include transactions available to participants based on provisions of specific plans, providing investment choices, and distribution options.



Responsibilities

Provide general account information and participant's balances

Serve as liaison between the customer and the firm to resolve service issues

Accurately communicate plan-specific information using all resources available in response to customer inquiries and requests

Process exchange and future mix transactions of participant's balances in an accurate fashion using the workstation

Initiate loans and withdrawals of participant funds upon request

Inform participants of tax considerations and relevant timeframes for receiving distributions

Explain investment options to participants and provide performance information to them in order to facilitate their investment decisions

Communicate general retirement and defined contribution knowledge to participants to enhance their understanding of these subjects.

REQUIREMENTS


Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant speaking voice

Powerful communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive disposition

Customer service experience within a call center environment is preferred

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

A college degree or equivalent work experience is strongly desired
