Call Center Representative, Claims ResolutionFirst American Home Buyers Protection offers home owners a home warranty plan that covers the cost of the repair or replacement of specific mechanical defects in the home. We are seeking highly motivated, customer focused individuals to work in our Van Nuys, CA inbound call center.Customer Service Claims Resolution representatives will answer customer questions, research account information, analyzes and resolve claims in a fast paced call center setting. The individual will be responsible for timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written & oral, be a team player, posses the ability to multi task and provide world-class customer service.Location:Van Nuys, CA
Base Pay:$460.80 per weekQualifications
REQUIREMENTS
6months to 1 year customer service experience on the phone in an inbound call center environment or related experience
Superior communication and relationship building skills, both written and oral
Excellent communication skills
Excellent phone skills
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented
Team player
Motivated and enthusiastic
Fluent bilingual Spanish a plus
