Customer Service Rep./ Call Center

Purpose:
Customer Service Representative/ Call Center Job Description:

Our client, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world is looking for Client Relations Coordinators. Position is located in the Bronx.

Job Responsibilities Include:

* Obtain and enter in accurate customer information.
* Handle inbound calls in regards to billing, service and order inquiries.
* Answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.


Qualifications:

* Demonstrate competent Call Center or Customer Service experience
* Excellent verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* High School diploma or GED equivalent

Essential Job Functions:

* Ability to communicate clearly in the English language; foreign language proficiency beneficial
* Ability to handle high volume of phone calls


Shifts: 7:00 am - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 12:00 am or any shift in between, candidates must be flexible to work any day and any shift.
