Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant

Cerne Sales Company is a small manufacturing and marketing company. We are looking to provide a Team oriented business environment where all employees have an opportunity to develop their skills and excel.

Description:
Answer customer phone calls
Process orders from multiple vendors
Schedule deliveries and provide customer support
Generate invoices and process accounts payable

Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have customer service experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Access, excel and word.
Good organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
