Customer Service Rep

Purpose:
A fortune 500 investment firm is seeking new team members to add to their customer service department at their Phoenix location.

New team members will handle calls that vary in topic but range from general account information questions, stock quotes, to complex cost basis calculations. In addition, reps are expected to be able to use multiple applications on their desktop simultaneously to retrieve client information.

This investment firm offers a fast paced, exciting work environment. Candidates must be detail oriented, flexible with their schedules, and have strong customer service skills. Candidates should be flexible in their schedules and be available between the hours of 5a.m. and 11p.m. Pay rate will be $13.50 per hour, with the possibility of overtime.
