Customer Service Rep 2

Hours: 11am-8pm Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from customers regarding financial products and services. Duties include: processing routine to complex transactions on-line; resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to specialists. Responsible for cross-selling or sales referrals of products. May work on special projects. May be required to hold series licensing and certification.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Prior call center customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and managing time well.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Integrity in handling confidential information
Ability to strive for quality, high productivity and sales goals
