Customer Service Professionals Wanted

Purpose:
Description:
The Customer Satisfaction Account Manager; assists customers with questions or issues regarding their credit card accounts. Issues range from balance transfers to interest rates, lost or stolen cards and new product sales. Successful candidates will have good, clear communication skills and the ability to problem-solve. Sales experience is a plus.

This is a high volume fast paced professional call center environment. Account Managers handle approximately 90-110 calls per day. Associates will be responsible for providing support to a large segment of customer service functions, while utilizing appropriate tools and systems to ensure first contact resolution.

- Call Center experience is helpful

Salary:
This position is a full-time, permanent placement with benefits. Starting annual salary is $25,000. Associates have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives (approx. $200-$500 per month).

Start Date & Shifts:
- September 11th, 2006
- Must be flexible with schedule
- 10%-15% shift differential for later shifts
