Customer Service Planner

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service & Planning, this position is located in Cranbury, NJ and is responsible for:* Responding to customer inquiries regardingorder status from receipt of order todelivery. Works closely with all departments
to insure orders are produced and shipped
accurately.* Setting up new customers on the CEI Productionsystem via the Order Processing/Sales Deptmenu's. Sets up Product Fill & Assemblyspecifications. Issues work orders to production
departments.* Maintains Planner Worksheets with currentstatus. Provides monthly forecast in dollars
to CS Manager for accounts and tracks progress.* Attends daily production meetings and provides
status updates.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and two or more years customer service experience gained in a cosmetic or consumer products manufacturing environment. Previous experience in Production Planning a plus!You must also possess previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Word. Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills a must. Additional experience with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems a huge plus.CEI offers competitive compensation and benefits.
