Customer Service Manager opening for San Ramon Financial Company

Our client expects to double in employee head count over the next 3 years!

The CS Manager will be responsible for the following:
*Manages activities of Supervisors, Team Leads and Team Members engaged in handling Service coordination for current customers. *Monitors incoming and outgoing calls to observe Team Member’s demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policies.
*Performs assigned duties, and reports directly to the COO. Keeps records concerning interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and performance appraisals, utilizing knowledge of job requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
*Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with customers, dealers, department personnel and other Team Members.
*Able to exercise independent judgment and effective problem solving techniques.
*Demonstrate the ability to multi task.
*Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Has management experience of at least three years.
*College Degree required; or 3 years previous call center experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
