REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience. Must be able to meet company standards related, but not limited to, motor vehicle driving, criminal record, and federal DOT regulations. Schwan's has a professional appearance policy that includes company-approved standards of clothing, personal grooming, jewlry, piercing and, body art. Must be able to communicate well and provide excellent customer service. Performance measures focus on customer service, meeting company-established sales goals, territory management, new customer prospecting, driving and workplace safety, professionalism, product knowledge, presentation and client relationship skills.
