A Schwan's Customer Service Manager, through outside sales work, sells frozen foods to residential customers at their home and some smaller business. A Customer service Manager drives a medium size freezer truck loaded with over 350 different product, providing excellent customer service to regular customers, while continuing to add new customers in pre-set routes. Customer Service Managers visit 70-100 customers per day (4-5 days per week), visiting them every two weeks. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, honest, dependable and friendly with ability to smile! Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience. Must be able to meet company standards related, but not limited to, motor vehicle driving, criminal record, and federal DOT regulations. Schwan's has professional appearance policy that includes company-approved standards of clothing, personal grooming, jewelry, piercing and body art. Must be able to communicate well and provide excellent customer service.
Performance measures focus on customer service, meeting company-established sales goals, territory management, new customer prospecting, driving and workplace safety, professionalism, product knowledge, presentation and client relationship skills. The motivated Customer Service manager possessing or willing to learn/master these key attributes will be successful!
