Customer Service ManagerApartmentWebTools.com, a division of Trader Publishing Company, parent of For Rent® and ForRent.com seeks an experienced, professional to lead its customer service and inside sales organization as its Manager.The Customer Service Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a customer service/inside sales organization, overseeing project management and fulfillment for new accounts, liaising with the General Sales Manager and regional sales group, and guiding the customer service needs of Trader’s newest entrant in the property management sector. The Customer Service Manager will work with the Manager of Web Services, the Apartment WebTools development team, product development and search engine optimization/management and data distribution specialists to define and implement services to meet customer needs. This includes developing processes, procedures and work-flow for timely execution of customer requests, developing pro-forma estimates for customization and software integration services and performing analysis of customer site performance and related service opportunities. The Customer Service Manager will help define resource requirements for customer service goals, and leverage internal resources to maximize our opportunities in the multifamily and property management industries.The Customer Service Manager must be capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment where new demands may emerge frequently and must be able to adapt promptly and effectively to customer needs. As a detail-oriented operational tactician, a successful Customer Service Manager is: Consultative, proactive, and self-motivated, An excellent listener, speaker and written communicator. Able to conceptualize and think creatively Able to establish programs and develop processes Continually recruiting and developing successful customer service staffAdditional requirements and desired skills include:Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline
Prior experience in the multifamily industry
Leadership and organizational skills
A minimum of 4 years prior experience in a technically oriented customer service, sales engineer or inside sales position, with 2 years in a management or supervisory role
