Customer Service Management Trainee
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks Customer Service Management Trainees for their Duluth, GA distribution center, located 10 minutes from The Mall of Georgia and 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Train as a customer service representative

Complete rotational program involving all aspects of call center operations (internet, traces, backorders, and phone orders)

Partner with the management team and complete the leadership training module

1-2 years customer service experience in a call center or retail environment preferred; leadership experience is a plus

Highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic

Ability to type 30 wpm
