Your Tasks STAFFWORKS Employment Solutions is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives for our Northeast, client's brand new call center.
Responsibilities Include
Entry and reporting of criminal records to ensure accuracy of information.Verification of criminal records to our customers.Maintain acceptable level of experience.Maintain an excellent attendance record.
Our Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Be able to type 35+ words per minute.Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.1-3 years Data Entry experience.Telemarketing or customer service experience.If this describes you we would like to hear from you!!
