We are currently seeking qualified professionals for the role of Customer Service Representative at our Tallahassee,FL location for our Services workforce.

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office

Job Description

Serves as the primary point of contact four customer service support of electronic tools/systems. Provides support to both English and Spanish-speaking state agents using the system for purchasing and sourcing activities, as well as to state vendors using the system for registration and to respond to purchase orders and sourcing events. Interacts with users and vendors to resolve customer service inquires over the phone, through voicemail, or through email. Effectively documents results of these interactions in the CSD's Customer Relationship Management Tool, keeping in mind need for balance between level of detail and time spent documenting issues. Responds to customer requests and issues and resolves them quickly and correctly. Provides assistance in transactional activities when necessary, including transmittal of failed purchase orders, recording of ASN activation requests, and other transactional support as needed.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications
•1-2 years of Customer Service (call center) experience and/or technical support experience, involving assisting customers with using a computer-based system
•Bachelors of Arts/Science degree or 2 year equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
•1-2 years of Internet Browsers (MS IE 5.5+, Netscape Navigator 6.2.1+)
•1-2 years of email (MS Outlook)
•1-2 years of MS Windows environments (as a user)
•1-2 years of MS Office Suite
