Responsibilities:
Monitoring and reviewing internal and external calls for quality purposes.
Able to provide feedback to both seasoned and new hire representatives.
Perform side-by-side coaching and development to maximize efficiency, job knowledge and soft skills.
Provide enhancement and quality assurance training during team meetings.
Must meet end of month reporting requirements and provide management with strategies and methodologies that are in accordance with process improvement initiatives.
Provide organization focus and clarity of direction to employees.
Must continue to stay current on all company products and systems, as well as quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years related experience.
Must exercise independent judgment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is needed.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent time management skills.
