Customer Service Coordinator I, Orders

Respond and investigate customer questions and issues to resolve quickly and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with others in the Supply chain to influence the accurate and timely delivery of products.
Multiple positions available on various customer teams.Process daily orders, input and verify correct information for shipping and billing.
Handle and track shipments, returns, re-consignments and re-deliveries.
Communicate with external customers and internal associates to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order delivery.
Able to work on a computer throughout the day
Adaptable to a fast paced business environmentFormal education in business, logistics or finance preferred
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and buyers over the telephone
Proficient in PC (computer) skills
