Customer Service Co-Manager

This position requires an individual to have excellent communications skills. Successful applicants will begin working full time within our facility at various Customer Service positions. This position requires a 'take charge' individual with a documented work history including but not limited to telephone answering, client communications, record keeping, filing, and computer operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3 years continuous work for the same company in the field of Customer Service or Office Management

- Very strong communications skills and proven results oriented individual

- Free of any physical or mental health conditions

- Drug and other intoxicating substance free

- Free of any felony convictions


COMPENSATION:

$ 20,800 per year starting salary while beginning training

Salary increased to $ 24,960 following initial 60 days

Salary increased to $ 26,000 to $ 28,000 base salary + 1/2 health insurance benefits including eye glasses, dental IRA savings program benefit paid after following initial 90 day
