Customer Service/Benefit Verification

Purpose:
This is a 4 month + contract opportunity starting on November 8th through at least March 2007. The hours of operation are 8 AM-8 PM Monday through Friday and Applicants must be flexible to work 8 hours shift within these hours. This position also requires a 7 year criminal background check.

This position will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to insurance companies to collect and verify benefit information. These will be scripted phone calls and the Associate will document the calls manually and on the computer.

Qualified Candidates MUST HAVE prior experience dealing with benefit verification; preferably within a call center environment, doctors off. Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.
