Customer Service Associates

Purpose:
Our client, a large financing company, is currently seeking several Customer Service Associates to join their team in the Knoxville area.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for processing administrative and accounting functions and making clear, accurate notations on the account while providing excellent customer service. This person will obtain and verify information by phone using professional and courteous phone techniques. This candidate will also complete other clerical duties as assigned.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and be comfortable with financial math. Experience working in a customer service roll or professional office environment is required. An accounting background is preferred, but not required.Classification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
