Customer Service Account Manager

Purpose:
Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for Customer Satisfaction Account Managers to assist customers with questions regarding their account. Issues range from balance transfer to credit line increase, billing concerns and fraud. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and problem solving skills.

This is a high volume call center and Account Managers handle approximately 90-110 calls a day. Associates will be responsible for providing support to a large section of customer service functions, while utilizing the appropriate tools and systems to ensure first contact resolution.

We are looking to recruit individuals who have great customer service skills, Internet knowledge and a strong work ethic. Prior sales experience is a plus.

This is a full time, permanent position with benefits. The base salary is $25,000.00 and associates have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives up to $800.00 a month.
