Customer Service

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $11.00 per hour Exciting Customer Service Representative needed for South Tempe Company. This opportunity is Temp to Full Time. All Candidates must have great customer service skills, be detail oriented, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Duties include taking incoming calls from customers, other branches, and from other departments within the company. Typical calls include handling questions about bills, deliveries, pick-ups, and insurance questions. 80% of the day will be spent on the phone with the remainder of time managing correspondences, following up on customer questions, mail returns, address corrections, faxing, and filing.
