Customer Satisfaction Reps Wanted

Purpose:
Our company is looking for energetic and aggressive individuals for full time entry level customer satisfaction positions!

-The position will require candidates to assist customers with account questions and concerns and track all information through a computerized system. Calls will predominately be routine, but may require deviation from ordinary routines and standards.

-Candidates will be using computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting which will require basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.

-Candidates must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills as well as EXCEPTIONAL problem solving skills. This is an entry level position which generally requires a minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a high volume environment.
