Customer Relations Officer

Job Description: Location: 2550 North Loop West

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Summary:
Sterling Bank’s Treasury Clerk is responsible for performing clerical duties related to the bank’s public fund relationships, daily liquidity reporting and supporting the Treasurer and other officers in the Corporate Treasury department. Individual works under general supervision and is responsible for completing assigned functions efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that service expectations are met or exceeded.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Entry level
Ability to work in fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with personnel from other departments
Good customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good time management and organization skills
Intermediate level computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Skills:
Some college in a related field
Familiarity with banking, treasury operations and/or finance
General knowledge of accounting and finance principles

Duties:

Reports daily public funds pledging
Reports daily liquidity
Posts weekly deposit rates.
Assists Treasurer and other Corporate Treasury officers with projects
