Demco, Inc is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Order Representative to joing their team.

As a Customer Order Representative with DEMCO, it would be your primary responsibility to answer our customers incoming phone calls and aid them in placing an order, answering product questions, providing shipping information, or other order related inquiries. DEMCO's Call Center currently consists of 40+ professionals who provide the "DEMCO HUG" to our customers each and every time they call.

Qualified candidates:

Must display excellent grammar and telephone etiquette.
Your keying skills must be above average in speed and extremely accurate.
You must also display a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
At least 1 year of previous call center experience is required to be considered for this position.
As our call center offers convenient hours for our customers, you must be able to work until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to be considered for this position.
