Customer Operations Process Leader - Workflows

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: ServicesResponsibilities: Lead Process Improvement initiatives with Customer Operations, supporting Service Sales, Billing, and Collections related to workflows of contract and invoicing processing for the Americas Service Business. Duties include generating, posting, and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to provide operating visibility to the Service Organization. Manage the GEHC business wide inflation adjustment process from the Customer Operations loading perspective and all monthly reporting required. Manage and support the health of workflow systems and communication systems. Design tools and technology solutions to automate and simplify complex and repetitive processes to improve data accuracy.Provide training to employees for updates, revisions, and new-hires. Verify accuracy of work done by team and coach team through new rollouts and process improvement opportunities. Manage daily and long term resolution of service contracting and invoicing workflow failures. Lead improvements to increase invoice accuracy including managing invoice generation, configuration, distribution, and control processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 3 + years of related administrative process experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of related administrative process experience * Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history and educational background. * Willingness to take a drug test * You must be legally authorized to work in the United States * You must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WIDesired: * Strong analytical problem solving skills* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access (queries, reports, forms, macros)* Programming experience in Visual Basic for Applications (Excel, Access, Outlook)* Six Sigma Greenbelt trained and tested (internal candidates only) * Ability to multi-task and to stay organized. * Good relationship-building skills with internal team members and customers with ability to energize others* Proven ability to solve complex technical and process problems and create solutions that simplify strategy into simple actions* Demonstrated ability to make decisions effectively and create focus* A leader who has the vision and courage to pursue big ideas, encourage smart experimentation, and bring innovation to the organization* Demonstrated communication skills in multifunctional teams* Proven cross functional leadership and influence skills* Experience in Customer Service, Service Billing, and/or Collections.* Lean Manufacturing Hands-On ExperienceGeneral: GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.The United States has regulations that govern the hiring of current or former U.S. Government employees.
