Customer Maintenance Specialist

Overview: Inputs new account set-ups into the customer master record as well as makes changes accurately and promptly to enable billing of invoices and transaction records to be accurate. Position is responsible to ensure that duplicate accounts are not established and that Anda, Andrx, and VIP are in compliance with all Federal and state licensing laws.Responsibilities:
Open new customer and vendor accts in order to maintain accurate customer records. Requires researching to verify if any additional accounts are open to understand entire exposure as well as closing accounts as needed. Look up DEA licenses on the Internet in order to ensure accuracy and authenticity, prepare folders with customer labels for the warehouse to be able to file State and DEA licenses.
Update customer database as needed to meet customer and business requirements.Supports inter-department initiatives to ensure goals are met, as deemed necessary.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Good problem solving and analysis ability.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and problem solving.
Computer literate including internet explorer, e-mail, and Windows.60+ keystrokes per minute required.
Ability to work independently to achieve desired results.
