Customer Logistics Specialist/Help Desk Support

Ryder is seeking a Customer Logistics Specialist/Help Desk Support who will be responsible for installation of computer hardware, network printers, RF antennas and guns, Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, network printers, RF antennas and guns, Respond to user needs regarding connectivity, printer an computer functionality, application usage, etc., Ensure networks and internet connections remain functioning, and provide support to warehouse operations and personnel regarding all aspects of hardware, network, telephone and computer support, Provide quality support to users employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness, Maintain documentation of hardware assets and spare parts, Responsible for the co-ordination of additional projects, Perform onsite training and warehouse system implementation

Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

Must be able to work flexible hours, Must have warehouse operations experience, Complete knowledge of PC software, hardware and printer configurations, Windows 2000/XP OS, MS Office 2000/2003, Strong interpersonal skills, MOVE and/or SAP warehouse management system experience desirable.
