Customer Experience Researcher

Our corporate office in the city of Orange seeks a Customer Experience Researcher to conduct research on client and employee experience and satisfaction. This involves the development and fielding of surveys online, through the mail and over the phone; collecting data; cleaning data; analyzing data and generating reports. You may also be working with vendors to help field and collect the data.
REQUIREMENTS
We require:•3-5 years analytical research•Access database – expert level
•SPSS or SAS - expert level
•Vendor relations/management
•Questionnaire development
•Sampling design
•Project management
•Tabulation planning
•Quantitative and Qualitative analysis
•Excel with macros and charts – expert level
•4 year college degree with a focus of study in research, mathematics or other related sciences; or experience equivalentDesired Qualities:
• The ability to work well with a team, yet also be a self starter for solo projects
• A love for numbers and analysis

• A desire to produce high quality work
