Customer Experience Project Manager

Our corporate office in the city of Orange seeks a dynamic Customer Experience Project Manager. This person would conduct research, generate reports and create programs on client and employee satisfaction. This involves ensuring all business units information is being gathered and reported according to timelines, managing timelines and deliverables on reports and projects and coordinating with various departments to provide needed information.
REQUIREMENTS
We require:
•3-5 years project management
•Vendor relations/management
•Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
•Report writing
•Information analysis
•Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for interacting with all levels of an organization
•Exposure to research and marketing
•4 year college degree or equivalent experience
