Customer Customer Retention Associate

Customer Retention Representatives accepts inbound calls from customers who are wishing to discontinue their magazine subscriptions. In addition to regular CSR duties, these representatives retain customers by reestablishing product value, adjusting magazine subscription packages and/or revising payment plans. A Customer Retention Representative must be professional and courteous to callers at all times, must possess conflict resolution and skills to better handle 'difficult calls' and have strong listening skills.

*This position pays a base rate PLUS commissions.

Previous customer service and sales experience is required. Excellent advancement potential.

The above position is available at our Clearwater, Florida location only.
