Our continued growth has created Customer Service Representative opportunities in our Fort Worth, TX Home Office. The ideal candidate will be equipped to handle a high call volume of customer service inquiries. This includes Call Center order processing, answering questions/concerns for customers, follow-up issues and catalog orders. This position is also responsible for assisting with other duties as assigned. Pleasant telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills are a must for this position.Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will, at minimum, possess the following skills, attributes and experience:
Pay rate is $9.00 per hour
Hours for this opening are Monday thru Sunday 12:00pm to 9:00pm - It will be a five day work week with varying days off so applicants will need to be available any day of the week to facilitate the needed schedule
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced multitask environment
Detail oriented and a team player
Full-time flexible schedule, including nights, weekend and holiday hours.
