REQUIREMENTS
PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME Customer Service Representatives. Positions available immediately.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering inbound customer calls, providing product information, accurate data entry of product and/or service requests, and the ability to accommodate customer needs quickly. The ideal candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy phone volume.

A high school diploma, proficiency in basic computer skills and experience in a call center environment is required. Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
