Customer Care Reps -Bilingual

Min Pay Annually: $23,100.00
Min Pay Hourly: $11.11Job Description: Answer customer repair calls in a 24-hour service center environment; prepare service trouble tickets via an online ticket system; use other applications to gather customer information; resolve customer inquiries and concerns; explain WINDSTREAM's products and services; use customer service skills to diffuse irate customer situations; sell products and services; provide consultation regarding customer needs and learn and stay current on standards and procedures. Bilingual skills required. 10%Bilingual differential pay.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Knowledge of basic grammer rules and business english, along with good oral and written communication skills.
2. Good organizational skills - able to handle multiple tasks
3. Good telephone voice and manners; basic PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
4. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
5. Positive, outgoing attitude, sensitive to customer service needs
6. Strong selling ability
7. Ability to perform in fast-paced environment; innovative and highly motivated
8. Ability to adapt to process improvements and changes
9. Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule
10. Ability to work independently and in a group environment
11. Ability to channel customer frustrations into win-win situationsEducation and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for experience as deemed appropriateThere is no relocation package offered for this position.
