Full Job Title: Customer Care Representative FT Bi-lingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, French, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Arabic)Job Category: Customer Care Center/Customer Care RepresentativeGeneral Responsibilities: Our Lakewood, Colorado based Customer Care Center is an international money transfer company which is responsible for moving money around the world. We are a fast-paced, 24-hour, 7-day a week telephone center, supporting many customers in many countries. Our people focused and diverse work culture offers interested Customer Care Representatives the opportunity to grow and excel. ,Representatives must effectively learn each product line and company standards necessary to complete all t:-ransaction calls entering the Call Center. Representatives respond to a variety of telephone inquiries from money transfer purchasers, payees, agents, financial institutions and utility companies.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience Required: Successful Customer Care Representatives must possess six(6) months or more of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center. Excellent computer skills, the ability to type quickly and accurately and enjoy answering customer inquiries and solving problems is required. The ability to work in a time sensitive environment and thrive on the challenges an ever-changing work group experiences is necessary. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.Customer Care Representatives must be dependable and committed to working a fixed schedule. Work schedules will include weekends and holidays.Special Considerations: Bilingual language skills are strongly desired. Employees are eligible for premium pay for language skills and shift differentials. MoneyGram is seeking candidates who not only speak English but also are bi-lingual in Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian, Romanian, Italian, German, Korean, Chinese/Cantonese/Mandarin, Vietnamese and other languages.
