Customer Care Representative - Bilingual

The responsibilities of this role include:
Taking inbound phone calls from DISH Network TV subscribers and providing them world class customer service and technical support in a customer service center environment in Littleton, CO.
Specifically, CSR duties include (but are not limited to):
Provide technical support for all DISH products including remote control, satellite receiver, dish and other electronic components.
Answer customer inquiries regarding equipment installation and set-up, technical features, and provide real-time trouble shooting support.
Provide world class customer service and resolve customer issues using effective communication and by applying effective analytical skills within established company guidelines.
Utilize Windows based computer applications, intranet based applications and ledger based billing systems to process customer inquires
Maintain performance standards in regards to productivity, quality assurance scores, attendance, and schedule adherence
Maintain professional appearance, behavior and conduct.
Effectively work with peers in a team focused environment.
Ability to be flexible with your training or work schedule and must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Bilingual Incentive Pay - Bilingual candidates must be fluent in English and one of the following: Spanish, Russian, Korean, Chinese-Mandarin/Chinese-Cantonese,Armenian or Portugese.

Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Be able to navigate a Windows based computer.
Must Pass a background and drug screening process
Pass a pre-hiring assessment
Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
In addition, we will give preference to candidates with the following:
Previous experience working in a call center environment
