Customer Care Agent

Are you looking for an unlimited earning potential with the ability to earn over $13 per hour? With the second phase of expansion in our new call center located in Appleton, we are looking to add a number of part-time and Full-time Customer Service and Inbound Sales positions.

The hours are semi-flexible with a variety of schedule options. This position is ideal for students and people returning to the work force.

Primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their subscription account and delivery issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will be detail oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Computer experience is also required.
