These positions will oversee selected customer accounts, managing the day-to-day customer relationship, focusing on non-sales related activities. You will be expected to use your customer management and relationship building skills to oversee customer satisfaction and account retention. You will utilize your analytical skills to determine the needs of each client and develop strategies to support their business.
Our Sales and Operations departments will rely on your partnership to manage and ensure quality service to our customers.
Your team will seek your input and suggestions for strategic improvements to department AND organization processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Prospective candidates should have at least 2 years in a fast-paced, multiple-demand customer support environment. The ideal individual can demonstrate the following abilities from previous employment.
