Custom Machine Tester-Field Service Tech

We are currently seeking a Machine Tester-Field Service Tech. This person will validate that the machine meets or exceeds job specifications and quality standards for reliability, safety and convenience and be responsible for field service of our machines. Additionally, he/she will work with clients in handling changes, re-design and additions, as well as provide service for final installation including training on-site personnel and providing technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have a strong mechanical and electrical background, troubleshooting experience, have excellent communication skills with customer service based experience. Travel is required and based on customer need so a flexible schedule is required. Additionally, he/she must know how to read detail drawings, operate basic machine shop equipment, use basic hand tools, use measuring equipment, read and understand electrical and air schematics, mechanical assembly drawings, understand ladder logic and have a working knowledge of personal computers and windows.
