Critical Trip Management Agent

Category: Customer Service RepDepartment: OperationsJob Level: EntryCompensation: To Be Discussed at InterviewTravel Involved: NoneJob Description: The person in this position will monitor customer's who are newly eligible or renewing their eligibility to receive service from MetroAccess. This person is responsible for ensuring each trip for this customer group runs well; monitoring the service to and from their assessment appointments, keeping in contact with drivers and the assessment location, providing feedback to the customer about these trips, as well as handle any changes in these trips (updating locations or times). The person in this position will also create and update weekly reports of On-time Performance for these eligibility trips using an Excel spreadsheet. This person must provide excellent customer service and be able to work in a team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalentJob Requirements: Customer service experience required.Must have telephone or call center experience.Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.Problem-solving and decision making skills are also required.Must possess computer skills and be able to quickly learn new computer programs.Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
