Corporate Reservationist

Greets clients in person and/or via phone in a professional manner to determine their travel needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make travel plans to include; airline tickets, car rentals, and hotel reservations through GDS system or the Internet, and offer the lowest applicable fare
-Ensure all requests of the client are complete such as upgrades, seat assignments and frequent flyer numbers
-Make sure reservations are complete, accurate and ticketed
-Advise clients of schedule changes, keeping current with contract discounts and industry changes
-Maintaining contractual service level agreements such as average speed of answer, client surveys and accuracy
-Understand and resolve any and all on-line booking procedures
-Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 5 years of travel agency experience (Worldspan preferred). Proficient with both domestic and international reservations. Must have excellent telephone skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. Good oral and written communications, including spelling and grammar skills. Good general office skills; including, typing, filing and basic math.
