requested print assignments/jobs. This includes but is not limited to production of single
color forms and reading materials to documents requiring the merge of covers and multicolor documents. Provide customer service to a variety of clients.
Job Duties: 1. Receives orders from clients ensuring all required specifications are captured
efficiently.
2. Complete orders optimizing use of various types of copy machinery. Checks orders
for completeness.
3. Help maintain copy machines by using them as intended, being able to provide routine
maintenance, and recognizing when an outside service representative is needed.
4. Help maintain printers and fax machines by ensuring they are used properly,
troubleshooting when problems arise, and contacting outside service when needed.
5. Track use of supplies (paper, toner, and ink) to ensure adequate supply is available to
meet client needs without delays. May order supplies, as needed.
6. Continuously seek ways in which services may be enhanced (within budget) or by
which processes might be made more efficient and work with Business Services
Manager to implement service and process improvements.
7. Ensure all confidential material and hazardous materials are properly secured after hours.
8. Process any necessary monthly reports including but not limited to, copier meter readings.
9. Receipt and delivery of customer product, as required.
10. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTSHigh School degree or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in an office environment with working knowledge of copy center operations or customer service preferred.
Good telephone speaking and listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize information.
Previous experience with large-scale copiers as well as PC skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and its applications preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
