Coordinator, Membership Marketing

Dental association seeks Coordinator, Membership Benefits, who will promote, develop and coordinate member benefit programs and services. Serve as primary contact regarding new and existing benefit programs and services. Assist the Director, Membership Services with department activities, as directed.

This position pays a salary commensurate with prior job experience. In addition to the salary, employees receive excellent benefits, including medical, dental, life and disability insurances, pension plan, flex plan, vacation, holidays, personal days, and sick days.
REQUIREMENTS
Potential candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related area. Two years related experience; working with members and volunteer leaders in an association preferred. Customer service experience preferred.

This person should have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and database software. Good math and basic accounting skills; detailed analysis of revenues. Good written and verbal communication skills. Should be organized, attentive to detail, able to set priorities and handle a variety of responsibilities. Must be able to communicate effectively on the telephone. Able to work additional hours and travel as needed.
