The Lake Villa Residential and Outpatient Center offers a variety of treatment programs including Co-Ed Adult Residential, Male Youth Residential, and Co-Ed Youth Intensive and Basic Outpatient care. Ideal candidates will have previous direct experience in healthcare or social services.

We currently have exciting career opportunities for experienced individuals at Gateway Foundation’s Residential and Outpatient Center in Lake Villa, Illinois.

Current opportunities include:

• Cook - Prepares, seasons, and cooks foods for clients in accordance with established recipes and menus. Must have knowledge of quantity food preparation techniques and procedures. Knowledge of health and sanitation requirements and min. six months experience or training required. Part-time 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

• Chemical Dependency Technician - Monitors and observes clients, ensures their safety and well-being, and provides motivational support and guidance to assist them in meeting therapeutic goals. High School Diploma required, previous experience preferred. Evenings and weekends 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.

• Receptionist - Receives and screens telephone calls, greets and directs visitors. Minimum of one year previous experience in similar role. Knowledge of general office procedures; and ability to type brief memos, letters and forms utilizing computer keyboard and word processing and/or typewriter. Full time - days.
